SPORTS RELIEF 2010

There is Sports Relief day being held in the Dean Castle and Country Park on Sunday March 21st ( a week on Sunday ). This is organised by Louise West of EAC, and she has asked if any of our very helpul and kind hearted Members are available to help on the day for this very worthwhile cause.

There will be a Mile Race, a 3 mile race and a 6 mile race. The 6 mile race is at 11am and the 3 mile is at noon. The course will be around Rubys Route and that area.

The day will be from 9.15am - 2pm, and if you can spare a couple of hours between this time it will be very much appreciated by everyone.

If you can lend assistance on the day, please see Donald Macintosh or altenatively e-mail myself at hannkies97@aol.com. Obviously this is the day of the Alloa Half Marathon, but if you are not racing in this and are available as I say it would be a great help.
