Harriers AGM – Important Update

The club AGM was scheduled for yesterday, 30th May.

We’re very disappointed to report that with only 13 members present the meeting failed to meet the club constitution minimum requirement of 15 members in attendance.

A rescheduled date of Friday 27th June, 7pm at the AAA, has been set and we ask members to support the work of the club and ensure we achieve a quorum on this occasion.

For the avoidance of doubt, the AGM is open to all senior members and parents of junior members.

Attending doesn’t commit you to getting involved in committee or trustee activity (unless you want to) but gives you the opportunity to hear what has gone on within the club over the past year and what is planned for the year coming and beyond.  It also provides the platform to raise any other business to the Chair, Trustees & Management Committee which you may not feel you have the opportunity to do on a normal club night.

Thanks to those who did make it along yesterday and to those who spent time preparing materials and catering for the meeting.
