I have been asked to remind everyone who uses the Arena that only water is allowed in the indoor track and after each session all equipment must be returned to the store and the sand pit must be tidied.

The track is closed for safety reasons tonight. The inside area is OK, so the coaches will make any decision regarding training, depending on who appears for training and safety inside regards space and numbers.

The track is still frozen, so indoors only tonight.  The coaches call the shots on this one regards safety, but given all groups are at a very similar stage, I’m sure they will manage everyone into areas to suit their training.

The track is out of use for safety reasons, so it will be indoor training only. Normal practice is that the coaches decide what will be happening depending on the number of athletes that appear for training.

Monday night training has been cancelled for track safety reasons.  Please do not attend. This does not affect indoor training so circuits are still on, however, the approach road is very icy and due care will be required.
