Saturday 11th October West District Relays
Saturday 18th October Ayrshire Relays
Saturday 25th October National Relays
3 points to everyone who runs
Saturday 1st November West League #1
Saturday 15th November Ayrshire Champs
Saturday 22nd November West League #2
Saturday 6th December West District Champs
Saturday 17th January West League # 3
Saturday 21st February National Champs
Best 5 results to count with an extra 2 points for everyone who runs West and National Champs
Under 15s
As above plus
Saturday 8th November National Short Course Champs
Again best 5 results to count and the 2 extra points as above and the short course champs
Athletes must compete in a minimum of 6 events ( including relays) to be eligible for an award
Under 11s
They are restricted to Ayrshire and West League events Again 3 points to everyone who runs in the relay
Then best 3 scores
Awards for the first 3 Girls and Boys in each age group will be presented at our awards evening next March
We would hope to see a large number of entries throughout the age groups
Updates on current standings will be posted on the Harriers social media throughout the season
