Strength and Conditioning Workshop

We’re excited to announce that Hannah Burn will be running a Strength & Conditioning workshop at True Fitness on Sunday, 22nd June from 11am – 2pm.
Hannah is not only a talented athlete but also a qualified S&C coach. She’s currently in her third year studying Sport and Exercise Science at UWS and brings both academic knowledge and practical experience to her coaching.
This 75-minute session is free to attend and is primarily aimed at athletes who are new to the gym or have limited experience and are looking to build confidence and make progress.
Depending on numbers, we’ll potentially run two groups: 14 and under/15 and over
