Senior/U20 Summer League Results

Following the end of the submission period for Parkrun, half marathon and marathon times, we are now in a position to be able to announce our summer league winners for the 2025 season.  As per the rules published at the start of the season, points have been available from 15 down to 1 at 10 separate events as well as the opportunity to submit fastest Parkrun, HM and marathon times within the period stated, with your best 8 events to count.

The scores have been checked and double checked, and we are delighted to announce that our overall champions for Summer 2025 are Jonathon Downey and Katrine Kelly – huge congratulations to both athletes.  Jonathon and Katrine will also get first refusal for our club London Marathon spots as well as their prize at the awards night in March – should they elect not to take these spots then there will be a club-wide ballot.

All athletes will receive a prize at the annual awards night in March – further details TBC nearer the time.  Huge congratulations to everyone taking part – we had a total of 66 ladies and 69 men scoring points across the summer period.  The winter league is now well under way and there are still plenty of opportunities to score points – keep an eye on TeamApp and club socials!  For those of you wishing to have a crack at the Summer 2026 championship, expect the format to remain very similar to 2025 when you are planning race entries (bear in mind that the likes of Ron’s 5k and Troon 10k sell out very quickly!).
