Kilmarnock Harrier & AC 2026 AGM – Friday 22nd May

Kilmarnock Harriers & AC AGM will be held at 7pm on Friday 22nd May at the Ayrshire Athletics Arena.

All members, coaches and volunteers are encouraged to attend to hear of the clubs activities in the past year, our plans and priorities for the future as well as determining membership fees.

A minimum of 15 members require to be in attendance for the meeting to proceed.

Trustee and management committee roles are up for election and if you are interested in supporting the club in any of these roles please speak with any of the existing trustees or e mail treasurer@kilmarnockharriers.com.

Any additional member proposals for discussion at the AGM require to be submitted by 15th May to treasurer@kilmarnockharriers.com.

Agenda and supporting information will be issued ahead of the meeting.
